SetlistBuilder is a service for musicians to plan, rehearse and perform together, offered through setlistbuilder.nl and the SetlistBuilder apps for iOS and Android. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app itself; where the two differ about the service, these terms apply.
SetlistBuilder is operated by Transport Beat B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 85389595, VAT id NL863607251B01. You can reach us at support@setlistbuilder.nl.
The core of SetlistBuilder is free: bands, songs, setlists, performance mode, printing and the page turner. Two paid plans, Plus and Pro, unlock extra features such as creating and editing stage plans and riders, sharing tech packs, MIDI patch changes and audio uploads. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page and may change over time; a change never takes away something you have paid for during the period you paid for.
SetlistBuilder is an aid for rehearsing and performing. It is not designed for, and must not be relied on in, situations where a failure would cause injury, damage or loss.
We accept no liability for the outcome of a performance, rehearsal or event, whatever the cause, beyond the cap in section 10.
SetlistBuilder links to and looks things up in services we do not control: Apple and Google for the apps and subscriptions, RevenueCat for subscription status, GetSongBPM for tempo and key, LRCLIB for lyrics, and YouTube for links to recordings. Each has its own terms, which apply when you use it through SetlistBuilder.
These services can change, limit or stop what they offer without notice. When that happens a feature that depends on them may work differently or stop working, and that is not a defect in SetlistBuilder and not a reason for a refund.

We store your data on servers in the European Union and take regular backups. Still, no system is perfect and data can be lost. Use the export function to keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, and keep the printed or offline setlist for a gig. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We are liable for damage caused by an attributable shortcoming on our part, but that liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage. For a free account that amount is zero, so we are not liable for indirect damage, lost income, lost data or a performance that did not go as planned. This limitation does not apply where the damage is the result of intent or conscious recklessness on our part, or where the law does not allow it to be limited. Your rights as a consumer under Dutch and European law remain as they are.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable. Closing an account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that in the store as well.
We may update these terms. For changes that matter to you we send an email or show a notice in the app at least 30 days ahead. If you keep using SetlistBuilder after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree you can delete your account before they take effect.
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without limiting your right as a consumer to go to the court of your own place of residence. If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
